What would you highlight about Au Bassin d'Austerlitz
Practically a nightmare.
Had a nice view from the balcony. King size bed.
Bed sheets were unclean. There were no pillow cases. The toilet wasn't cleaned and had remains on the toilet bowl. There was almost no running hot water. The key-code for the apartment building was changed during our stay and when we asked the host, they delayed us until the end of the working hours and were thereafter unreachable. We had to wait in the cold for 20 minutes until ,with some luck, a resident of the building came by and helped us in. We also tried to reach our hosts previously for the issues mentioned above. The person described as the concierge did not answer our calls or messages (the messages were definitely read because WhatsApp). They didn't respond to our emails and only responded once we called their call center. Even then, they didn't call us back concerning any of the issues. Disclaimer: They only refunded the so called cleaning fee, which was around 10 percent of the whole price.
